New patient appointments are currently available. Please plan

for a full hour at office & to arrival at appointment time not earlier.

Age >18 for new patients. 

Return Client Appointments included evaluation and treatment including a foot soak, warm towels, essential oils, reduction of toenails and callouses. Procedures requiring anesthesia or cortisone are additional. 

  Return Patient Appointment via Telemedicine. Please schedule and you will be sent a link to the virtual waiting room. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. 

This is for the removal of an ingrown nail or wart with anesthesia. Please note, that there is an additional office visit charge (new or return as appropriate) with any procedure Thank you.

Thank you for choosing the private practice of Dr. Kathleen LaRose at Holistic Podiatry PC for your foot care needs.

 

Please note that your agreement to schedule an appointment constitutes understanding of the private practice policies. 

 

  1. 48 Hour Cancellation Policy 

Patients are welcome to cancel or reschedule their appointments by accessing the online scheduling program. The schedulicity app provides full access to all available appointments.

Cancellation after 48 hours before a scheduled appointment is charged in full as a missed appointment.

 

  1. Tardiness

Arrival at your appointment time allows for a full foot care treatment. After 15 minutes from the arrival time the appointment is considered tardy and will be charged at the appointment rate. All appointments will end at the scheduled time.

 

  1. Payment on File

Please provide a payment on file with your square account. This payment must remain current to maintain a scheduled appointment. Payment is made before or at time of service.

 

  1. Discharge

Please note that #2 no show appointments or #3 tardiness appointments within a 12 month period may result in discharge from practice and referral.
